Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Verification Engineer with AI/ML background to lead digital verification for next-gen microcontrollers and wireless products.

The candidate will design and implement verification environments using UVM/Formal methods, integrate AI/ML-driven tools, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely, high-quality results across IP- and SoC-level blocks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in functional verification of complex SoC designs
• Expertise in SystemVerilog, C testcases , UVM and formal verification methodologies
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven EDA tools and scripting for flow integration
• Experience working with global cross functional teams
• Proven experience building IP-level and SoC-level verification environments using UVM and/or formal verification Testbenches
• Excellent understanding of digital design, RTL fundamentals, and ARM/RISC SoC architectures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality results on time

The successful candidate will be responsible for Digital Verification for future generations of microcontrollers and wireless products.
