Job summary

Black & White Engineering Limited in Noida and Gurugram, India, is seeking Principal Electrical Engineers to own high‑performance electrical systems for data centre projects. You’ll lead end‑to‑end design, mentor junior engineers, and shape delivery standards while engaging with clients and contractors.

Reporting into the Associate Director, you’ll influence technical decisions, participate in the Technical Committee, and pursue a clear leadership path in a growing consultancy with a global team.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree (BEng/BSc) with post-qualification experience in building services or MEP design.
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems and MV/HV network design.
• Protection, load flow, fault and arc flash studies experience.
• Strong knowledge of international electrical codes and standards.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Data centre design experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Essential skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BEng/BSc) with significant post-qualification experience in building services or MEP design
• Demonstrable expertise in power systems and MV/HV network design, including protection, load flow, fault and arc flash studies
• Strong working knowledge of international electrical codes and standards
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams within a consultancy or design environment
• Data centre design experience is a strong advantage
• Chartered Engineer status is desirable — support towards chartership is available
