Job summary

VitalAire Canada Inc. in New Delhi is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer - Electrical with 18+ years of EPC or detail design experience across Oil & Gas, energy and petrochemical sectors.

You will lead the discipline, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable and cost-effective design and execution of projects. The role requires deep knowledge of MV/LV motors, transformers, diesel generators and VFDs, plus expertise in SLDs, cable sizing, earthing and lighting calculations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of EPC or detail design experience in engineering projects (Oil & Gas, Air Separation, Energy, Refining, Petrochemicals).
• MTech/ME or BE/BTech in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in SLDs, control schematics and electrical items (MV/LV motors, transformers, generators, VFD).
• Experience with cable sizing, earthing and lighting calculations (Dialux).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering discipline for proposals and projects, ensuring quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Develop and implement engineering practices, workflows and procedures.
• Review technical deliverables and coordinate with procurement, management and site teams.
• Perform KPI-based analysis and support training for engineers and designers.

Lead Engineer is having strong ability in technical matters with profound knowledge of applicable Engineering principles and processes with an emphasis on safe, compliant, reliable, efficient and practical solutions required for the engineering design and execution of proposals and projects.
