Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school.
• Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence.
• Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards.
• Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs.
• Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders.
• Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations.
• Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives.
• Mentor staff and create a high-performance work culture.
• Ex-Armed Forces Officer (Indian Army / Navy / Air Force) – Mandatory
