The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years of experience, a proven track record in closing major Data & Analytics deals, and the ability to scale a business through strategic sales initiatives and team

• Experience scaling a business from one stage to another through personal sales efforts.
• Extensive background in Data & Analytics consulting, enterprise sales, and solutioning.
• Experience building and maintaining a personal book of business.

• Own the Data Analytics business unit, driving its strategic direction and operational success.
• Pursue new client acquisition while cross-selling within existing clients.
• Lead the sales and delivery of Data Engineering, BI, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Data Modernization initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives to align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to translate opportunities into long-term engagements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team to support growth.

The position is critical for expanding market presence in Mumbai and Kolkata, focusing on transforming the business from its current scale to a higher level of growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assume full ownership of the Data Analytics business unit, driving its strategic direction and operational success.
• Actively pursue new client acquisition while simultaneously identifying and executing cross-selling opportunities within the current client base.
• Lead the sales and delivery of comprehensive solutions, including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Modernization initiatives.
• Cultivate high-level relationships with C-suite executives to align business goals with technical capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to translate sales opportunities into substantial, long-term engagements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team, building internal capabilities to support business expansion.
