Amadeus seeks a Principal Business Solution Analyst within the AI Delivery Hub to bridge product and engineering teams, translating bold concepts into scalable, user-focused solutions in travel tech and AI.

You will translate business needs into clear user stories, coordinate functional workshops, and support architecture planning while ensuring traceability and quality across product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and AI‑assistant partners to translate product vision into actionable and scalable requirements.
• Analyze business and functional needs, and translate them into clear, well‑documented user stories and technical recommendations.
• Facilitate functional workshops, ensuring understanding across finance, legal, security, and operations teams.
• Partner with engineers during the design and build phases, providing guidance and ensuring clarity of functionality and requirements.
• Document and communicate progress, sharing updates and validated solutions at key milestones.
• Conduct cross‑functional analysis across internal systems and external providers to support design and integration.
• Contribute to architecture planning, offering functional insights for new product concepts.
• Simplify complex technical topics for cross-functional audiences including AI-partner stakeholders.
• Support testing and validation activities, ensuring traceability and system integrity across product experiences.
• Mentor colleagues and foster collaboration, helping new members integrate and succeed.

Principal Business Solution Analyst, AI Delivery Hub

About the Role

As a Functional Lead Analyst within the AI Delivery Hub, you will serve as a key link between Product Managers and engineering teams, helping translate visionary concepts into functional, scalable, and user-focused solutions. You will work at the intersection of travel technology and artificial intelligence, supporting the creation of innovative tools that connect Amadeus travel capabilities—such as flight booking, hotel content, check-in, and travel-document verification—to leading AI platforms. In this position, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, clarify business needs, document requirements, and shape solutions ready for production in a dynamic, exploratory environment.

In this role, you’ll:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and AI‑assistant partners to transform product vision into actionable and scalable requirements.
