Job summary

JOB Roster is seeking a Principal Architect with a strong track record in leading end-to-end design projects. The role requires B.Arch or M.Arch, COA registration, and 15–18 years of experience including 5+ years in design leadership, based in Bengaluru, India.

The candidate will oversee architectural concepts, detailing, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging Auto CAD, Revit, BIM, AI-assisted design tools and SketchUp. CTC offered is 24 LPA.

Qualifications

• 15–18 yrs of total experience in architecture.
• 5+ years of end-to-end design leadership.
