EPAM Systems is seeking a Principal AIOps Architect to lead enterprise-scale AIOps and automation efforts, guiding cloud-based observability, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted RCA across major programs.

You will design target-state architecture, governance, and reusable patterns, while building autonomous remediation and agentic AI capabilities using leading cloud AI ecosystems. Strong executive engagement and pre-sales skills are required.

• Proven track record in enterprise architecture and large-scale IT transformations.
• Deep hands-on experience with AIOps, observability, and automation.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform and agentic AI ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, governance, and pre-sales activities.

• Direct enterprise-scale AIOps and automation transformation initiatives with target-state architecture.
• Design observability and operational intelligence across metrics, logs, traces, events, and topology.
• Develop Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations using Bedrock/Azure/Vertex AI ecosystems.
• Build autonomous remediation with policy controls and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Integrate AIOps with ITSM/CMDB, CI/CD, cloud management, and security platforms.
