Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks an experienced AIOps Architect to lead AI-driven observability across a large Python-based SDP environment, spanning multiple apps, databases, and production environments. You will design autonomous workflows and govern low-code/no-code platforms, coordinating with governance functions and integrating Datadog, Jira, and AWS APIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of IT experience in architecture and AI/ML/AIOps.
• Experience building autonomous multi-agent workflows and LLMOps pipelines.
• Experience integrating tools across Datadog, Jira, and AWS APIs.
• Cloud-hosted Python environments (AWS preferred) with governance of low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Datadog, Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana and 300+ prod environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture for SDP platform.
• Design automated triage and incident classification routing by business capability and stack.
• Provide governance over platform changes, guardrails, patterns in low-code/no-code env.
• Serve as liaison to SDP platform governance function and relay technical risks.
