Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru seeks a senior specialist to lead end-to-end delivery of customer journeys using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across email and cross-channel touchpoints.

The candidate will translate business requirements into functional designs, journey orchestration logic, segmentation strategy, and campaign execution plans, while collaborating in an Agile setup with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of multi-step customer journeys using Adobe Campaign and AJO across email and cross-channel touchpoints.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, journey orchestration logic, segmentation strategy, and campaign execution plans.
• Configure and manage campaign/journey components including audiences, decisioning logic, personalization, scheduling, and orchestration flows.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting needs; drive continuous optimization based on performance insights.
• Ensure solution quality through testing strategies (functional, regression, UAT support), defect triage, and release readiness.
• Collaborate in an Agile setup: contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimations, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members; promote best practices for reusable assets, governance, and documentation.
• Coordinate with data/engineering teams for integrations, data readiness, and activation needs to support targeting and personalization.

• 10+ years of overall experience with strong hands-on delivery in Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Proven experience designing and executing customer journeys and campaign operations aligned to business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and campaign measurement concepts within enterprise marketing environments.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
