Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in CBSE/ICSE/International Schools, with minimum 5 years as Principal/VP in a reputed CBSE school.
• Strong knowledge of CBSE affiliation, NEP 2020, and school accreditation process.

Responsibilities

• Academic Leadership: Drive academic excellence and ensure high board results; implement BOOM curriculum, pedagogy and innovative teaching methods; monitor lesson plans, teacher training, classroom observations and audits.
• Administration & Operations: Full responsibility of school administration, compliance and CBSE norms; manage budget, fee collection, staff recruitment and infrastructure; ensure safety and discipline on campus.
• Admissions & Marketing: Lead student admissions, retention and parent orientation; represent the school in external forums to build brand visibility; achieve admission targets with marketing team.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor and appraise teaching and non-teaching staff; conduct regular training and performance reviews.
• Parent & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong parent-school relationships through PTMs and communications; handle parent grievances professionally.
