PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate Pricing Desk to optimize project portfolios, oversee selection, prioritization and resources, and ensure delivery within budget and time.

As a Pricing Desk - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively, confirming projects are delivered within budget and timeline.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and mentoring others while maintaining professional and technical standards. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leveraging advanced excel modeling skills to create and update financial models;
• -Leverage knowledge database concepts and knowledge of tools e.g., SQL Server, SSMS data querying / analysis techniques etc. (benefit but not required);
• -Analyzing data sets to glean important insights around pricing for large, complex engagements;
• -Understanding of the consulting sales/pursuit cycle;
• -Working across functions with other sales enablers to understand scope, deal structure, and goals of each opportunity in order to recommend the right pricing to be competitive and win while optimizing internal margins;
• -Price modeling in alignment with different pricing structures;
• Knowledge of the Flexforecast budgeting tool
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
• Developing project documentation to support project governance and compliance
• Applying critical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform decision-making
• Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations for project improvements
• Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
