Job summary

ClickForge Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support the Pricing Department by managing the complete pricing workflow—from reviewing pricing requests and analyzing customer data to updating approved pricing in our ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining high accuracy and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Pricing, Sales Ops, Commercial Analysis, Data Administration, or Order Management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, formulas).
• Experience with ERP or business management systems.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming pricing requests and validate them against pricing SOPs, contracted-item rules, and approval authority.
• Analyze customer purchasing history, usage, margins, and pricing trends to support pricing recommendations.
• Review competitive pricing and market data to assist with pricing decisions.
• Identify pricing discrepancies, recurring exceptions, and potential data quality issues for escalation.
• Process approved contract, net, and base pricing updates in Infor XA accurately and within defined turnaround timelines.
• Maintain pricing records and ensure all system updates are properly documented.
• Communicate request status and completion updates with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor active pricing for stale entries, mismatched pricing, and data inconsistencies.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst / Coordinator to support our Pricing Department by managing the complete pricing workflow—from reviewing pricing requests and analyzing customer data to accurately updating approved pricing within our ERP system. This role combines analytical thinking with strong execution skills, ensuring pricing changes are processed accurately while maintaining compliance with company SOPs and approval authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming pricing requests and validate them against pricing SOPs, contracted-item rules, and approval authority.
• Analyze customer purchasing history, usage, margins, and pricing trends to support pricing recommendations.
• Review competitive pricing and market data to assist with pricing decisions.
• Identify pricing discrepancies, recurring exceptions, and potential data quality issues for escalation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Analysis, Data Administration, or Order Management.
