The candidate will leverage Excel mastery, ERP experience and strong analytical skills to support pricing decisions across the organization. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Pricing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Commerce/Business/Finance/Economics or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Analysis, Data Administration or Order Management.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Experience with ERP or business management systems and good communication skills.
• Excellent numerical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst / Coordinator to support our Pricing Department by managing the complete pricing workflow—from reviewing pricing requests and analyzing customer data to accurately updating approved pricing within our ERP system. This role combines analytical thinking with strong execution skills, ensuring pricing changes are processed accurately while maintaining compliance with company SOPs and approval authority.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, experience working with ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Analysis

• Review incoming pricing requests and validate them against pricing SOPs, contracted-item rules, and approval authority.
• Analyze customer purchasing history, usage, margins, and pricing trends to support pricing recommendations.
• Review competitive pricing and market data to assist with pricing decisions.
• Identify pricing discrepancies, recurring exceptions, and potential data quality issues for escalation.

Pricing Coordination

• Process approved contract, net, and base pricing updates in Infor XA accurately and within defined turnaround timelines.
• Maintain pricing records and ensure all system updates are properly documented.
• Communicate request status and completion updates with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor active pricing for stale entries, mismatched pricing, and data inconsistencies.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain complete audit trails for all pricing requests and system changes.
• Apply pricing policies consistently without bypassing established approval processes.
• Escalate requests involving strategic customers, significant margin impact, or policy exceptions to senior pricing leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Analysis, Data Administration, or Order Management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, formulas).
• Experience working with ERP or business management systems.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor XA or a similar ERP platform.
• Familiarity with Power BI for report analysis.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (WPCRM or similar).
• Background in B2B distribution, industrial products, automotive aftermarket, or heavy-duty truck parts.
