Responsibilities

• Drive pricing analysis by market to understand pricing dynamics: price effectiveness, competitors' movements, price increases, customer and industry trends.
• Analyze price change requests from the sales team by evaluating contribution and price impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
• Take pricing actions to enhance profitability and closing deals
• Capture pricing intelligence about the competition and potential competitive pricing actions
• Identify potential quick wins, revenue and margin optimization opportunities
• Own performance of assigned markets/segment in terms of revenue, contribution and price performance across product groups
• Implement and roll out our new pricing strategy in your area and thereby shape our future!

As a person, you are curious and proactive by nature; you find it natural to ask "why or why not?" and will not only the challenge status quo when you see room for improvement but also come up with solutions and suggestions to tackle those challenges. You are capable of working both independently and as a part of a team and have the ability to lead without authority.

What Are We Looking For?

• An educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Business.
• University / Bachelor's degree or above
• Proven experience in stakeholder management
• Price performance/Sales performance/Revenue reporting
• Dashboard creation and maintenance
• Profit-volume analysis (profitability analysis)
• Good business sense, proficient in written and oral English. Should be able to create business-case scenario.
• Super user in MS office and especially Excel.
• PowerBi report creation, Power apps knowledge.
• Data interpretation i.e. processing large amounts of data and deriving insights out of it.
