You will work closely with colleagues across geographies, functions, and cultures, contributing to the daily execution and continuous improvement of Hempel’s Compliance Program. Hempel’s Corporate Head Office is located in Lyngby, Denmark. The Compliance & Data Protection team supports the entire Hempel Group globally, and this role is based in Pune, India, serving as an essential operational hub.
Compliance processes are delivered accurately, on time, and consistently. Stakeholders trust you as a reliable and professional compliance partner. Data, reports, and systems are well-maintained and audit-ready. You proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality. You take ownership while working effectively as part of a global team.
