• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly - Requirements Documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support business applications that automate manual processes and reporting for assigned business units.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional workflows, data meaning, and business context.
• Analyze business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Design and implement functional solutions that improve data accuracy, visibility, and usability.
• Develop, debug, release, and support enterprise systems.
• Validate, query, and troubleshoot data to ensure it is accurate, timely, and meaningful.
• Maintain and support SQL Server databases, jobs, and related processes.
• Provide adhoc and recurring reporting to enable better business decisions.
• Partner crossfunctionally to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solution.

Success in this role comes from learning the business over time—it typically takes a year or more to fully understand how the organization operates and how data supports decisionmaking. Candidates with experience in cost, pricing, or price optimization will be especially successful.
