Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Presentation Specialist AI Researcher based in India for a fully remote opportunity. The role focuses on building realistic PowerPoint tasks to evaluate how AI can perform professional presentation production work in finance and advisory contexts.

You will define objective evaluation criteria, supply source materials, and ensure drafts meet corporate standards, while working independently in a remote environment and participating in onboarding and revisions as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in presentation services, visual/graphics teams, or presentation/deck production supporting banking, consulting, advisory, or similar professional‑services teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint, including native charts, tables, formatting, layouts, and corporate templates.
• Strong understanding of the standards and workflows involved in producing professional finance or advisory presentations.
• Ability to precisely define what a correct presentation should look like and translate that knowledge into objective, measurable evaluation criteria.
• Clear and precise written communication skills, with the ability to create unambiguous task briefs and rubrics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, formatting, and visual quality.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and willingness to learn concepts related to AI and data evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and manage structured assignments in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to produce task briefs and rubrics without AI‑assisted drafting, rewriting, or polishing.
• Ability to use only materials you are authorized to share and remove confidential employer or client information from any submitted materials.
• Successful completion of the onboarding and task‑based evaluation process is required; completing onboarding does not guarantee a job offer.
