Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager to join our team. As a Manager in the DAT - Tech & Data team, you will work closely with global engagement teams and clients to design, develop, and deploy AI‑driven solutions that solve complex business problems. This is a client‑facing, delivery‑focused role that requires strong technical expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, and automation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive conversations with both business and technical stakeholders.

In this role you will lead client‑facing discussions, facilitate requirement workshops, and translate complex business challenges into actionable AI architecture and delivery plans. You will oversee end‑to‑end execution of AI engagements, ensuring quality, timeline adherence, and alignment with PwC’s standards of excellence. The candidate will report to a Senior Manager. The AC team functions as an extension of our overseas Engagement Teams and works closely with those teams as well as directly with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling AI/ML solutions particularly in generative AI, with a strong track record in product development, not just advisory work.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and experience with tools and models like Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, Claude, and others.
• Deep understanding of AI architecture, context engineering, and spec‑driven development methodologies, with expertise in background processing techniques.
• Proficient in the full ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, tuning, and validation.
• Strong grasp of DevOps/MLOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation to support scalable, production‑grade AI systems.
• Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, supporting clients in realizing measurable benefit from AI‑driven workflows.
• Design and implement AI transformation initiatives that drive performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience with major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, and/or technology security management.
• Programming skills in SQL, Databricks and hands‑on experience in automation technologies.
• Accounting experience and consulting experience.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and AI explainability requirements for Assurance.

Education/Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large corporation.
• Previous experience in shared service delivery centers.
• Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer, CISA, CPA (partial), or relevant data science/cloud certifications are preferred.
