Responsibilities:

• Ensuring formatting and high-end designing of technical documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Applying visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery, and iconography to PowerPoint and Word documents
• Creating images, charts, and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages
• Uphold the client’s brand and style guidelines
• Independently create co-branded/client centric templates for both PowerPoint and Word
• Handling multiple projects and deliver the projects under tight deadlines
• Work collaboratively with content writers, editors, other designers, and key stakeholders to ensure that the document meets all project requirements and quality standards in a fast-paced and agile manner
• Understanding the content of presentations and translate requirements to create visually compelling designs.
• Ensure crisp data governance hygiene by logging projects, tasks and time in our project management tool.

Experience / Skills required

• Expertise in formatting and designing technical documents within PowerPoint and Word, with 4-6 years of deep specialization
• Deep knowledge of creating client-centric templates, layouts, and formatting in MS PowerPoint and Word
• Good working knowledge of creative tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• A portfolio showcasing PowerPoint and Word-centric graphic design skills with attention to detail and modern aesthetics
• Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication, collaboration skills, and stakeholder management experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics
