Lever, Inc. is seeking an Investor Relations AI Researcher based in India for a fully remote contract role.

You will leverage your investor relations, FP&A, and financial reporting experience to design realistic PowerPoint tasks, build decks from source documents, and develop evaluation criteria for AI-generated presentations. Work independently in a remote setup, creating task briefs and evaluation rubrics while ensuring source materials are human-authored and compliant with reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, FP&A, financial reporting, or a closely related function within a listed company or large corporate environment.
• Deep hands-on PowerPoint expertise, including native charts, tables, corporate templates, formatting, and presentation layouts.
• Practical understanding of quarterly reporting cycles, results presentations, board packs, KPI reporting, and related financial communication workflows.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Investor Relations AI Researcher based in India.

This remote role is designed for an experienced investor relations, FP&A, or financial reporting professional with strong presentation expertise. You will use your practical experience with quarterly reporting cycles, results decks, board packs, and KPI reporting to create realistic tasks for evaluating AI capabilities. The role focuses on the detailed financial and presentation work required to transform source information into accurate, polished business materials. You will establish clear expected outcomes and precise criteria for assessing AI-generated deliverables. Your expertise will help identify where AI can effectively replicate financial reporting workflows and where professional judgment remains critical. This is an opportunity to apply your corporate finance experience to an emerging AI-focused field while working independently in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities

• Create realistic PowerPoint tasks based on your experience with investor relations, FP&A, or financial reporting cycles, including building decks from source documents, completing corporate templates, rolling presentations forward, and making precise edits.

• Complete each task yourself to establish a clear, accurate expected result that can serve as a benchmark.

• Develop precise yes-or-no evaluation criteria that allow AI-generated presentations to be assessed consistently and objectively.

• Provide the source files and supporting input materials required to complete each task, ensuring they are human-authored and appropriately prepared for use.

• Apply your knowledge of quarterly reporting, KPI presentation, board materials, and corporate reporting standards to determine what constitutes a correct deliverable.

• Write task briefs and evaluation rubrics independently, without using AI tools for drafting, rewriting, or polishing.

• Participate in the onboarding walkthrough, complete the required task in the designated workspace, and respond to revision requests where applicable.

• Contribute subject-matter expertise to broader efforts evaluating how effectively AI can reproduce investor relations and FP&A workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, FP&A, financial reporting, or a closely related function within a listed company or large corporate environment.

• Deep hands-on PowerPoint expertise, including native charts, tables, corporate templates, formatting, and presentation layouts.

• Practical understanding of quarterly reporting cycles, results presentations, board packs, KPI reporting, and related financial communication workflows.

• Ability to precisely define what a correct financial presentation should contain and translate that expertise into objective, measurable evaluation criteria.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, precise, and unambiguous task briefs and rubrics.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly around financial accuracy, consistency, formatting, and presentation quality.

• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and willingness to learn concepts related to AI and data evaluation.

• Ability to work independently and manage structured assignments in a fully remote environment.

• Willingness to create task briefs and rubrics without AI-assisted drafting, rewriting, or polishing.

• Ability to use only materials you are authorized to share, with confidential employer or client information removed.

• Successful completion of the onboarding and task-based evaluation process is required; completing onboarding does not guarantee a job offer.
