Role Overview
A highly skilled Presentation Designer will edit videos and create sophisticated motion graphics across platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, conceptual thinking, and the ability to deliver high‑quality work on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design, direction, and production of presentation materials, balancing workloads from simple QA to full ideation, design, and production.
- Interface with executive leadership and sales teams on external presentations for board meetings and client‑facing meetings.
- Conceptualize graphical ideas with minimal instruction and meet tight deadlines.
- Elevate company presentations across events, sales/marketing, trainings, client meetings, board meetings, product launches, and internal communications.
- Prepare and manage presentations in PowerPoint (bonus motion‑graphics experience); think strategically about information organization and communication.
- Research, collect imagery to support presentations and designs.
- Adhere to production schedule to ensure on‑time, strategy‑aligned, high‑quality deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project files.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Strong experience in general design and especially presentation design, able to raise standards.
- Ability to source and use imagery effectively.
- Storytelling ability; propose and advocate new ideas; defend design choices.
- Create a unified, modern, contemporary look aligned with branding and design.
- Presentation animation/motion design required; print design skills a plus.
- Team player who collaborates with extended Creative and Digital teams and can mentor other designers.
- Submit a creative portfolio with client references demonstrating talent.
