FICO's Content Studio is seeking a Presentation Designer to bring ideas to life through visually engaging decks, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. You will design, animate, and produce decks, adhere to brand guidelines, manage multiple requests, and mentor teammates.

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe CC, plus strong storytelling and imagery curation, is required to create cohesive, modern presentations under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong presentation design experience with the ability to inspire and influence through design excellence.
• Ability to learn and internalize brand guidelines, brand voice, and visual systems, then apply them consistently across deliverables.

• Design and produce high-quality presentations that demonstrate strong creative thinking and an innovative approach.
• Become highly fluent in brand guidelines and visual standards, ensuring all presentations maintain accuracy, strong brand voice, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of presentation requests ranging from basic updates to full creative concepting and execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop presentations for board meetings, client conversations, and other strategic moments.
• Translate ideas into compelling visual narratives with minimal instruction while working efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Elevate the quality and consistency of presentations across events, sales and marketing materials, trainings, product launches, internal communications, and executive meetings.

Join our Content Studio as a Presentation Designer, where you will bring ideas to life through compelling, visually engaging presentations. In this role, you will support a wide spectrum of presentation needs, from simple QA checks to full ideation, design, and production, partnering with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. What You'll Contribute

• Design and produce high-quality presentations that demonstrate strong creative thinking and an innovative approach.
• Become highly fluent in our brand guidelines and visual standards, ensuring all presentations maintain accuracy, strong brand voice, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of presentation requests ranging from basic updates to full creative concepting and execution.
• Collaborate with key internal partners including Marketing and Sales to develop presentations for board meetings, client conversations, and other strategic moments.
• Translate ideas into compelling visual narratives with minimal instruction while working efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Elevate the quality and consistency of presentations across events, sales and marketing materials, trainings, product launches, internal communications, and executive meetings.
• Prepare, refine, and manage presentations primarily in PowerPoint; experience with motion graphics, Adobe Creative Cloud, or print design is a plus.
• Strategically organize and communicate information to enhance clarity and impact.
• Research and curate imagery that enhances storytelling and strengthens design.
• Adhere to production schedules to deliver accurate, on-brand, and on-time work.
• Maintain organized project files and support smooth workflow management.

What We\'re Seeking

• 2+ years of proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Strong presentation design experience with the ability to raise the bar, inspire, and influence through design excellence.
• Ability to quickly learn and internalize brand guidelines, brand voice, and visual systems, then apply them consistently across all deliverables.
• A keen eye for sourcing compelling imagery and integrating it seamlessly into presentations.
• Strong storytelling skills with the confidence to propose ideas and defend design decisions.
• Ability to create unified, brand aligned visuals that feel modern, polished, and cohesive.
• Experience with presentation animation and motion design required, with print design skills considered a plus.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Creative, Digital, and cross functional teams, including mentoring fellow designers when needed.
• Submission of a portfolio and client references showcasing presentation design expertise and accomplishments.
