Job summary

Pine Labs in Mumbai seeks a creative and detail‑oriented designer to craft engaging presentations, campaigns, proposals, videos and banners. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into visually appealing designs.

You will ensure branding consistency, stay updated with design trends, and contribute to interactive and mobile‑friendly visuals across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva with understanding of UI/UX, layout, typography and branding.
• Advanced PPT skills with animations and embedded videos; hands‑on video editing experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly presentations, campaigns, proposal, videos, banners etc. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and visually impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch decks aligned with business objectives.
• Create marketing campaigns including banners, posters, social media creatives, and promotional assets.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint (PPT) presentations with embedded videos, animations, and interactive elements.
• Edit and produce videos for marketing, product showcases, internal communications, and social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute branding and visual storytelling elements across digital platforms.
• Design user-friendly layouts and interfaces for web and mobile platforms when required.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and visual standards across all materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, HCI, or a related field with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva, with solid understanding of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and branding.
• Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills including animations, embedded videos, and professional pitch deck creation.
• Hands‑on experience in video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms.

Bonus Skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with additional video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or CapCut.
• Motion graphics, animation, and basic post-production skills including sound editing and color grading.
• Familiarity with design systems and digital marketing creatives.
