Job summary

Medline in Maharashtra, India, is seeking a Presentation Designer to support Brand & Creative team, designing high-quality presentations that communicate ideas, strategies, and insights to internal and external audiences. Focus on impactful visuals and on-brand storytelling.

You'll develop PowerPoint templates, create infographics, collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, and ensure consistency with corporate identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic / Communication Design or training as a Media Designer/Graphic Designer.
• 3–5 years of experience with developing and working with presentation templates.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling principles.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and visually appealing presentations.
• High level of creativity with strong attention to detail.
• Structured way of working and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to write proficiently in UK English; proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, data, and strategies to a variety of internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, simple, and aesthetically compelling design solutions.
• Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentation templates, creating new slide decks, Google Slides, that support efficient, consistent, and high-quality presentation creation across the organization.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations using corporate templates and brand assets, while also developing custom layouts and creative design solutions when needed.
• Create original visual assets—including infographics, charts, diagrams, timelines, icons, and other illustrative elements to enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, marketing, product development, customer support, etc.) to ensure alignment of messaging while delivering imaginative, high-quality design solutions that enhance impact.
• Ensure all presentation materials follow corporate brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Support the Brand & Creative team with other general graphic design tasks such as marketing materials, internal communications, and digital assets when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality.
• Provide guidance and support colleagues on effective use of presentation tools and design best practices.
• Stay current on design trends, presentation technologies, and audience engagement strategies to continuously raise the creative bar.

This role focuses primarily on designing impactful presentations while also supporting general graphic design tasks for marketing and communication materials. The Presentation Designer ensures that all presentation materials are visually compelling, on‑brand, and aligned with Medline’s corporate identity, contributing to clear and effective visual storytelling across the organization.

Must Have
