We are looking for a highly skilled PowerPoint Specialist who has a strong eye for design and storytelling. The role focuses primarily on creating impactful and visually compelling presentations for pitches, RFIs, and RFPs, while also contributing to other design projects across digital channels. This person will be a key creative partner, ensuring that presentation design aligns with client needs and brand standards while effectively communicating complex ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Design (90%)
• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations for pitches, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Create and maintain templates, themes, and master slides to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Translate complex information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand slides.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Other Design Support (10%)
• Contribute to the design of marketing assets such as social media creatives, landing pages, newsletters, and other digital collateral.
• Ensure all creative outputs are visually appealing, professional, and on-brand.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, present concepts, and refine deliverables.
• Manage expectations, timelines, and feedback with professionalism and clarity.
• Communicate design rationale effectively to both creative and non-creative audiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Presentation Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing PPT expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, including master slides, templates, and advanced formatting.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, layout, and typography.
• Ability to balance design creativity with business needs and brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) is a plus
