Job Summary:

Innovera School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre School Coordinator to lead and manage the pre-primary section effectively. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills along with a strong understanding of early childhood education practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide pre-primary teachers in daily academic planning
• Ensure smooth functioning of the pre-school department
• Monitor classroom activities, lesson planning, and student engagement
• Conduct teacher observations and provide regular feedback
• Coordinate events, celebrations, and parent interactions
• Maintain academic quality and discipline standards
• Support curriculum planning and implementation
• Handle parent concerns and ensure positive parent communication
• Organize training and development activities for teachers
