Job summary

Placement Partners in Bengaluru seeks an energetic sales lead generation specialist to drive pipeline creation, nurture leads, and optimize conversions across multiple projects. You will contact new leads within minutes of allocation, pursue same-week and rollover conversions, and track performance metrics with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong expertise in launch, core, and sustenance projects, with a thorough understanding of lead banks and project-specific customer behavior.
• Maximize utilization of available lead pools, including Plan B and low-volume data buckets, to sustain pipeline generation.
• Drive expertise in same-week conversions, rollover conversions, real-time pipeline creation, and dropout recovery strategies.
• Ensure all new leads are contacted within 5 minutes of allocation.
• Execute structured lead nurturing, follow-up, and re-engagement strategies to maximize conversions.
• Monitor lead ageing, churn cycles, and follow-up adherence to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Ensure NC and Callback leads are attempted at least three times on the same day.
• Prevent new IP, VC, and VP leads from remaining in follow-up status beyond two days without appropriate action.
• Conduct random validation calls on lost leads to identify recovery opportunities and improve lead quality.
• Drive daily productivity benchmarks of 180200 dials and a minimum of 75 call connects per advisor.
• Ensure each advisor achieves defined daily conversion targets, including VC generation and weekly walk-in commitments.
• Monitor cross-project calling efficiency and conduct regular conversion analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure completion of all scheduled follow-ups and pending activities before End of Day (EOD).
• Lead the team with professionalism, patience, and operational discipline.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, process hygiene, lead servicing standards, and operational compliance.
• Drive excellence in lead churn management, rebuttal handling, probing techniques, abandoned lead servicing, and customer engagement practices.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM, communication tools, and engagement platforms.
• Monitor individual and team performance against daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
• Execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to improve performance.
• Provide continuous coaching, motivation, and one-on-one mentoring based on QA feedback, performance data, and call observations.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives to improve productivity and conversion.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify high-potential employees and develop future leaders through mentoring and structured development.
• Maintain workforce discipline through attendance monitoring, target tracking, and regular performance reviews.
• Drive structured customer engagement through timely follow-ups, EDM campaigns, WhatsApp communication, and VR calling activities.
• Ensure consistent communication with prospects to improve customer experience, reduce dropouts, and maximize visit conversions.
• Prepare and communicate daily and weekly team targets with clear ownership and timelines.
• Maintain accurate and real-time reporting of productivity, lead pipeline, conversion metrics, and sustenance activities.
• Review business performance regularly and implement corrective actions to achieve operational and conversion targets.
