Responsibilities

• Lead management and distribution: equal distribution of campaign-generated leads among team members, with 24-hour turnaround to the sales team.
• Record all leads in the CRM/lead tracking system for future action and follow-up.
• Conduct weekly/monthly performance meetings to review targets and drive achievement of at least 80% of annual targets.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely study material shipments and order dispatch coordination.
• Maintain accurate operational records and periodic reviews to identify discrepancies and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve lead quality and support new campaigns.

Job description

Lead Management & Distribution:

• Efficiently manage and distribute leads equally between all the team members that are generated through various campaigns.
• Distribute 100%
• campaign-generated leads to the sales team within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensure all leads are recorded in the CRM/lead tracking system for future action and follow-up.

Target Allocation & Team Performance:

• Allocate targets to the team members to evaluate and assess their performance.
• Conduct team meetings on a weekly/monthly basis for performance assessment and target achievement.
• Ensure that at least 80% of the target set for a financial year is achieved without any discrepancies.

Sales Interaction & Closure Management

• Handle 5 physical and zoom meetings, walk-ins, in a month to ensure timely conversion of enquiries into closures
• Ensure prompt follow-ups and closing of sales deals within a month.
  Finalize and draft 10 proposals per day to support business growth.

Order Dispatch Coordination

• Ensure delivery of academic resources within 7 days.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to track, plan, and confirm study material shipments.
• Digital marketing - cover page 3 days
• r&d coordination - Book printing/ quantity/ share covers 10 days
• Logistics - address mail , no of quantity , tracking - 2 days

Database Management & Review

• Maintain accurate records for operational efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and update the database regularly.
  Conduct a detailed review every fortnight to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Digital Marketing Collaboration

• Coordinate with the digital marketing team fortnightly to drive lead quality improvement.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute new campaigns aimed at generating higher-quality leads for the sales team.
• Track campaign lead performance and ensure timely feedback is shared for continuous optimization.
