Job summary

Xperteez Technology is seeking a product presales specialist with 3+ years in an Enterprise CPaaS/SaaS environment in Kolkata. You will use deep knowledge of OTT channels like WhatsApp and RCS to craft relevant technical solutions.

Key tasks include product demonstrations, preparing proposals, explaining APIs and integrations, and partnering with Sales, Product and Engineering through the presales cycle. Travel for customer meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in presales roles within CPaaS/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of CPaaS/SaaS market and competitive landscape, including OTT channels like WhatsApp and RCS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience collaborating across multi-stakeholder ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into suitable solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations and customer meetings
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents and pitch materials
• Explain APIs, integrations and technical workflows to customers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams throughout the presales cycle
• Support POCs, implementation discussions and customer onboarding where required
• Travel for customer meetings and business requirements as needed

Job description

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a product presales specialist in an Enterprise from CPaaS/SaaS domain is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the CPaaS/SaaS market, technical solutions and its competitive landscape (specifically deep domain understanding of OTT communication channels like WhatsApp and RCS).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Presales, Technical Presales, Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering or similar roles
• Experience in CPaaS, OTT, SaaS, enterprise messaging, telecom or communication technology is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations and technology solutions
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS, messaging or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with enterprise customers and cross-functional technical teams
• Kolkata based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Kolkata preferred
