Galaxy Office Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Cyber Security & Networking presales professional in Goregaon, Mumbai.

The role focuses on designing end-to-end networking and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers, preparing proposals, BoMs, and SoWs, and responding to tenders. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in presales or solution consulting, strong proposal writing and stakeholder management, and excellent communication to interact with CXOs and IT leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Electronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of presales or solution consulting experience.
• Experience preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Strong networking and cybersecurity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end Networking and Cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, BoMs, SoW, and Statements of Compliance.
• Lead and respond to RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender submissions.
• Conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and PoCs.
• Coordinate with OEMs for solution sizing, technical validation, pricing, and proposal support.
• Recommend technologies based on customer environments and business needs.
• Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless project handover.
• Stay updated on Networking, Security, Cloud, and Data Centre technologies.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on the latest Networking, Security, Cloud, and Data Centre technologies.
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical expertise during customer engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales or Solution Consulting.
• Hands-on experience preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Enterprise Tenders.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience working with System Integrators, OEMs, or Enterprise IT organizations.
• Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design capabilities.
• Ability to interact with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong presentation and customer engagement skills.
