Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform helping aspirants study abroad, offering counseling and application support. The role involves online counseling sessions, guiding course selections, and helping students choose universities and programs to apply to.

You will manage applications, maintain follow-ups, and leverage CRM tools to drive conversions and meet enrollment targets. Collaboration with internal teams ensures a smooth student experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Consistent performer and has met targets in previous roles.
• Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred.
• Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad.
• Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests.
• Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to.
• Assist in preparing and filing their applications.
• Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions.
