As a Premier Relationship Manager in the Kotak 811 Digital Banking team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and delivering a superior banking experience through personalized engagement and product offerings. This role involves sourcing new customers, deepening existing relationships, and cross-selling a wide range of banking products. You will work closely with internal teams and group companies to provide seamless access to financial solutions, conduct special sales initiatives, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely query resolution and proactive communication. The role demands strong customer orientation, high energy, and a consultative approach to relationship management.
