Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D parametric BIM models.
• Extract drawings, sections, schedules and assist quantity surveyors by extracting quantities from the BIM model.
• Input and manage asset data, specifications, and parameters.
• Maintain object libraries and family components.
• Coordinate with engineers and leads for design accuracy.
• Support clash detection and issue resolution processes.
• Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and BEP.
