DXC Technology in India seeks a ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Solution Consultant to drive RFx lifecycle and craft actionable proposals across regions. You will work with Geo leaders to define solution scope, pricing, and contingencies, and conduct internal reviews for large deals.

You will estimate licensing, provide managed services or time-and-material quotes, and coordinate solution walkthroughs with customers. A proven track record in complex ServiceNow solutions is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 8–10 years total experience with 2–3 years in Pre-Sales/Solution.
• Experience handling multiple regions and complex solutions.

Job Description:Description:The ServiceNow practice at DXC offers a ServiceNow Pre-Sales & Solution Consultant position. You will be responsible to drive RfPs through its lifecycle. You will be a part of India Pre-Sales team but supporting multi-region and multi-locations. You will be a part of the 'DXC-ServiceNow Global Elite Partner' journey. Please review the Job Description provided belowEssential Job Functions:Work with different Geo leaders for the dealsUnderstand the ServiceNow landscape and solution for RfXsEstimate efforts the solution based on the requirements and produce a solution overview, pricing overview, and appropriate contingenciesDocument the proposals/SOW in a standard format or customer provided formatsSetup review calls with the pre-Sales head and the Geo leaders to review the solution, pricing, contingency and proposal/SOWPrepare for solution walkthrough to the customer - Presentation of the solution, DemonstrationsSeparate review presentation for any large deals of ServiceNow to internal senior stakeholdersUnderstand the ServiceNow licensing landscape and prepare the license estimates based on the customer request/requirement(s)Provide Managed Services or Time & Material estimates for the ServiceNow landscape, for both if we have implemented or taking over from an IncumbentAbility to resource based on the requirement, i.e., dedicated vs. shared; onsite vs. offshore, etc.Maintain all the documents, spreadsheets and relevant presentations within the central repository for audit purposesParticipate in larger IT deals where ServiceNow is a platform of choice and prepare the effort estimatesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceAn overall 8-10 years of experienced candidate with an experience of Pre-Sales and Solution for at least 2-3 yearsProven experience in handling multiple regions, different cultures and ability to work on complex solutionsAbility to work under pressure and deliver with quality, i.e., structured, and methodicalCertifications - ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow Sales Accreditation Certifications, ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations, ServiceNow Micro-Certifications are a must.Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointOther Qualifications:Advanced Degree in a relevant field is a plusServiceNow CAD & CIS certifications is a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
