Job summary

RoomAdda is seeking responsive Presales Associate Interns to engage WhatsApp leads, understand housing needs, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. You will gain hands-on experience in presales communication, lead qualification, and conversational conversion.

Responsibilities include prompt lead responses, qualifying details, systematic follow-ups, and maintaining CRM logs. On-site role at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) with 6-month duration, incentives up to ₹5,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in BCom, BBA, or related fields.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable managing high-volume chat conversations with attention to detail and tone.
• Self-motivated, responsive, and target-oriented.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort using CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all incoming leads on the WhatsApp API platform, ensuring no chat goes unattended.
• Understand each prospect's housing requirement and share relevant listings and information clearly.
• Qualify leads by gathering key details such as budget, location preference, and move-in timeline.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with warm and pending leads to keep them engaged and moving toward conversion.
• Maintain accurate and updated chat logs, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM tools.
• Escalate and hand over qualified, sales-ready leads to the relevant tele-calling or field team.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent information is shared with prospects.
• Identify recurring queries or drop-off patterns in chats and flag them for process improvement.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly response-time and conversion targets.

About the Role

RoomAdda is looking for responsive and detail-oriented Presales Associate Interns to

cater to our WhatsApp API-based lead engagement. This role is centred around first-

touch conversations, where you will respond to every incoming chat lead, understand

their housing requirement, and nurture them through timely follow-ups until they are

ready for the next step in the sales funnel. You'll gain hands-on experience in presales
