Job summary

Misha Infotech Pvt Ltd in NCR seeks an experienced Business Analyst with deep HRMS domain knowledge to lead pre-sales and requirements analyses for HRMS projects.

You will map HR processes, create BRDs/FRs, and develop wireframes in Figma to visualize HRMS workflows. Strong communication and client-facing experience are essential for success.

Delhi/NCR candidates preferred; exposure to SAP SuccessFactors/Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of HRMS platforms, HR processes, and workflows.
• Engage with clients during pre-sales and requirements gathering.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of HRMS solutions.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs/EOIs related to HRMS solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRS, User Stories, and use cases.
• Create HR process flow diagrams and HRMS wireframes in Figma.
• Leverage AI tools for requirement analysis and automation insights.
• Identify AI-based features within HRMS solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between requirements and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable HRMS solutions.
• Bridge between HR stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clarity.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; manage changes and risks.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet HR operational requirements.
• Adhere to SDLC methodologies and best practices.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong understanding of HRMS platforms, HR processes, and workflows including modules like Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Engage with clients during the pre-sales and requirement gathering phase to understand HR and business needs, evaluate feasibility, and propose HRMS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of HRMS solutions to clients, highlighting key features and business benefits.
• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs related to HRMS solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with HR and business goals.
• Prepare and maintain key documentation including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
• User Stories & Use Cases
• HR process flow diagrams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys using Figma to visualize HRMS workflows and modules.
• Leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, HR process automation insights, and documentation efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-based features (e.g., resume screening, chatbots, predictive analytics) within HRMS solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and existing HRMS product capabilities, and suggest enhancements or customizations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design scalable HRMS solutions for web and mobile platforms.
• Act as a bridge between HR stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
• Prepare and present proposals, solution documents, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, risks, and communication history throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet HR operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies and best practices.

Must Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 48 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to Pre-Sales and HRMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS modules (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Recruitment, etc.).
• Experience in HRMS product implementation or solutioning.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for documentation, analysis, and automation insights.
• Strong understanding of Web & Mobile Application Development.
• Proven experience in handling multi-domain or HR-focused projects.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing roles.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working as an individual contributor.
• Ability to understand HR pain points and translate them into technical solutions.
• CANDIDATE MUST BE FROM DELHI / NCR.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in HRMS products like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Exposure to AI-driven HR solutions (chatbots, resume screening, employee analytics).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
