• Ensure completion and accuracy of legal documents prior to registration or acquisition.
• Maintain and update legal records, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Departments, CMDA/DTCP, and other statutory authorities for approvals and documentation.
• Identify and elevate legal risks and discrepancies in property documentation.
• Support legal team during the land acquisition and project approval process.
• Ensure legal compliance for all real estate transactions.
