Job summary

EVO Natura Homes in Mysuru seeks a Legal Professional to manage land and real estate matters, perform title verification, and due diligence. You will draft and review Sale Agreements, Deeds, MOUs, and other critical documents, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

You will verify RTC, mutation, Khata, encumbrance records, coordinate with Revenue Department and sub-registrar offices, handle notices and disputes, and provide risk-based legal advice to management.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to land and real estate transactions
• Conduct property title verification and legal due diligence
• Review and draft Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, POAs and other legal documents
• Verify RTC, Mutation, Khata, Encumbrance Certificate and other land records
• Handle land conversion, registration and property-related legal matters
• Coordinate with Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar offices and other government authorities
• Handle legal notices, disputes and litigation-related matters when required
• Identify legal risks and provide legal advice to management
• Maintain proper legal records and documentation
