Qualifications

• LL.B. degree.
• 35 years of experience in real estate/legal work.
• Good knowledge of land acquisition and property documentation.
• Experience in title verification and due diligence.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of registration procedures and land records.
• MS Office skills.
• Preferred candidate profile: experience in large-scale land acquisition and real estate projects will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal due diligence for land and property purchases.
• Verify title deeds, ECs, revenue records, conversion documents, etc.
• Identify legal risks in property transactions.
• Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, agreements, and contracts.
