Cyderes in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced Practice Manager, Identity Governance to lead and grow our Identity Governance practice. You will oversee delivery of high-quality IGA solutions, mentor a team of consultants and architects, and drive business development across client engagements.

A strong background in IGA and leading professional services is essential. You will guide scoping workshops, define implementation roadmaps, and ensure client satisfaction while balancing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with consulting and delivery expertise.
• Hands-on experience with leading IGA solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Saviynt or Oracle IOG (OIG).
• Strong understanding of access reviews, RBAC, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes and compliance reporting.
• Experience leading professional services engagements across industries.
• Understanding of consulting financial metrics (utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, backlog).

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Identity Governance services including presales, consulting, design and implementation.
• Oversee development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Run client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA solutions with defined scope, timelines and costs.
• Manage the Identity Governance practice team, fostering growth and building expertise.
• Collaborate with other leaders and sales to support cross-sell and growth.
• Mentor consultants and architects to enhance delivery quality and skills.
• Present proposals, roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives.
• Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
• Apply change management to help clients adopt IGA solutions.

About The Job

We are seeking a and experienced Practice Manager, Identity Governance to lead and grow our Identity Governance practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Identity Governance solutions and services to our clients, while with stakeholders. This role requires deep expertise in Identity Governance,, and a passion for helping organizations mature their identity programs as part of their digital transformation journey. As Practice Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Identity Governance consultants and architects, ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. You will also contribute to the development of service offerings, mentor and grow your team, and drive business development initiatives in partnership with other leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Identity Governance services to clients, including presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation.
• Oversee the development of Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Run client scoping workshops to design feasible IGA solutions with well-defined scope, timelines, and costs.
• Manage the Identity Governance practice team, fostering professional growth and building technical and consulting expertise.
• Collaborate with other practice leaders and sales teams to support cross-sell opportunities and organizational growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to promote the Identity Governance practice.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Identity Governance and stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with clients for requirements gathering, process design, and technical solutioning.
• Present solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates to clients and executives.
• Mentor consultants and architects to enhance delivery quality and consulting skills.
• Ensure deliverables meet client satisfaction, balancing business, technical, and compliance goals.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies across client projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Apply change management techniques to help clients adopt Identity Governance solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), with proven consulting and solution delivery expertise.
• Hands-on experience with leading IGA solutions such as SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Oracle Identity Governance (OIG).
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance processes including access reviews, role-based access control, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and compliance reporting.
• Experience leading professional services engagements in Identity Governance across multiple industries.
• Good understanding of consulting financial metrics (utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, backlog).

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
