Job summary

The candidate will developTender documents, support contractor appointments, and ensure governance in contract management while collaborating with stakeholders on PPP interventions during project preparation and procurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, contract management, PPP structuring.
• Master's degree in finance/economics, public administration, procurement management or Chartered Accountancy.

Responsibilities

• Advise project implementing entities on project structuring and financial modelling in alignment with the applicable State procurement processes.
• Develop procurement strategies in accordance with applicable Government norms, including EPC, PPP and hybrid models.
• Prepare tender documents and support the appointment of contractors for implementation of projects.
• Assist in developing and sharing relevant case models for structuring and managing the projects.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in contract management and project implementation.
• Work closely with the concerned stakeholders on PPP interventions during project preparation and procurement.
