Job summary

IPE Global Limited is seeking a seasoned professional for the Urban Infrastructure vertical. The role covers technical delivery, business development, and project management across international development projects financed by major lenders.

The candidate will travel to project sites, engage with clients, prepare outputs, and oversee team inputs. Strong English communication, report writing, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language fluency and presentation skills are mandatory.
• 2+ years of business development experience in preparing EOIs and proposals is required.
• Experience with externally financed urban infrastructure loans and TA projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery: manage the delivery of consulting assignments; travel to project locations; support project research and data analysis; prepare reports and presentations; manage inputs of experts; lead client meetings and presentations.

The role will be responsiblefor project management, technical delivery and business development under theUrban Infrastructure vertical. Details of responsibilities for this role are asbelow:

Technical Delivery

• Management of technicaldelivery of consulting assignments.
• Travel to project locations,meeting project teams and clients.
• Supporting/guiding project researchand data analysis.
• Preparing reports andpresentations.
• Managing inputs of key andnon-key experts.
• Leading key Client meetingsand presentations.

Business Development

• Identifying business opportunitiesand generation of leads
• Evaluating REOIs and RFPs
• Collaborating with otherfirms / partners
• Preparation of EOIs and Proposals including finalizing teaming,development of collaterals, preparing approach and methodology, attending pre-bid meetingsand site visits; making Client presentations; maintaining follow-ups
• Travel for Client liaisingand meetings

Project Management

• Managing hiring and staffingfor new and ongoing projects
• Project budgeting and costcontrol, invoicing, recoveries, debtors
• Preparingupdates/presentations for management review meetings
• Developing and maintainingproject MIS
• Resolving project issues in atimely manner
• A ny otherproject management tasks required

Travel

This role would require at least 20% travel outside base location (NewDelhi).

Minimum Qualifications & Work ExperienceRequired

• Masters’ degree in Planning / Engineering/ Technology / Project Management / Construction Management / MBA is required.
• Ideal candidate will havebetween 4 to 7 years’ of work experience in the consulting sector, withsubstantial experience on externally financed urban infrastructure Loans and TAprojects (funded by World Bank, ADB, AIIB, NDB, JICA, KfW, GIZ, AfD, etc.)
• At least 2 years’ of experiencein business development activities, including preparation of EOIs and Proposalsis required.
• ExcellentEnglish language fluency and presentation skills are mandatory for this role.
