Job summary

Cheryl Laboratories is seeking a focused MRP/ERP planning professional to manage MRP runs, demand planning, and BOM control for two plants serving UK and ROW markets.

You will use SAP ERP PP/MM and Advanced Excel to monitor stock, coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Artwork teams, and ensure on-time procurement and production flow.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP PP/MM for MRP and production planning.
• Knowledge of BOM management and inventory control.
• Experience coordinating with QA, R&D, marketing, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRP runs and shortfall analysis to ensure material availability.
• Create PRs and track POs for timely procurement.
• Generate MRP and stock status reports using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate packaging material codes with Marketing and Regulatory.
• Align production and dispatch schedules with QA/QC and logistics.

Job description

• Daily use of ERP PP and MM modules to do two to three months of Advance Materialrequirement planning, manage Make-to-Order and Demand Planning for twomanufacturing plants catering to UK and ROW markets with 85-95% actualproduction
• Perform MRP runs and material shortfall analysis to ensure on-timeavailability of raw and packing materials (APIs, Excipients, Foils, Cartons, etc.)
• Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and track Purchase Orders (POs) fortimely procurement
• Coordinate with Marketing, Regulatory, and Artwork teams toensure correct packaging material codes and designs
• Use ERP PP & MM modules for BOM management, inventory control, and productionplanning
• Collaborate with QA/QC, R&D, and logistics to align production anddispatch schedules
• Generate MRP and stock status reports using SAP & AdvancedExcel to prevent production delays
