Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Power Platform Developer in Hyderabad to design, develop, and support business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will craft Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and optimize Dataverse models while integrating with SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a focus on governance and data management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.
• Experience building Dataverse data models, relationships, and security roles.
• Strong integration skills with SharePoint, SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with business users.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with the ability to transform business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build and support workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Create, manage, and optimize Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and data management standards.

• 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience building data models and managing relationships within Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, SQL databases, and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Power Platform security, environments, and solution deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users. Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Power Fx, or .NET development.
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900).
• Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Dataverse solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and data integration concepts
