Job summary

EPS Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking an Automation Specialist in India to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Forms. You will build automations connected to Dynamics 365 Finance, handling approvals, data movement, reconciliations, and notifications.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proven experience automating within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Direct experience building automations involving Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Experience working with finance, HR or other back-office business processes.
• Good understanding of workflow automation, approvals, triggers, connectors, data flows and exception handling.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into working automation solutions.
• Experience monitoring, supporting and improving live automations.
• Strong documentation skills and a structured approach to solution design.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot failed flows, connector issues, permissions and data quality problems.
• Ability to work independently as the dedicated automation specialist for the business.

• HR process automation, including onboarding, document handling, employee changes, approvals and notifications.
• Working in a global business environment
