Job Descriptions: This role primarily focuses on developing and maintaining automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows. The candidate should also possess working knowledge of Excel automation, Power BI reporting, and SQL for data extraction and validation activities.

Experience Required: Junior/Mid-level automation engineer, with 2–3 Years of experience aligned with tasks specified above.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
• Automate repetitive business and manual processes
• Work with desktop, web, Excel, and file automation
• Create attended and unattended automation flows
• Handle error management, logging, and exception handling in PAD
• Schedule and monitor automation jobs
• Integrate PAD with Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and other applications
• Debug and troubleshoot automation issues Knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows
• Workflow optimization and process improvement
• Monitor production automation workflows and proactively resolve failures/issues
• Work with joins, stored procedures, aggregations, and reporting queries
• Work with Excel data, formulas, and formatting
• Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Excel functions
• Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy
• Create basic dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Connect Power BI with Excel and SQL data sources
• Understand basic DAX measures and visualizations
• Support report generation and data analysis
• Work with SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY, and ORDER BY
• Understand basic database concepts and tables
• Support data validation and reporting activities
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation

• Document automation processes and workflow steps
• Coordinate with business users for automation requirements
• Provide operational support for automated processes
