Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities across departments.
• Build end-to-end automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Azure services, SAP, and third-party applications.
• Develop reusable components and automation frameworks following best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation roadmaps.
• Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and governance standards.
• Optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Create technical design documents, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
