Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst in Gurugram, India, to turn data into strategic pricing and forecasting decisions across a portfolio of hotels. The role collaborates with revenue leaders to unlock revenue potential and shape commercial outcomes.

You will analyse market trends and performance, support forecasting and inventory strategies, and contribute to dashboards and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence working with large data sets, reports, and presentations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• A degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Managers and hotel stakeholders to support revenue meetings, maintain action plans, and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.

• Support forecasting and inventory management activities, ensuring pricing, availability, and demand strategies are aligned to maximise revenue opportunities.
