Headcounts Hr in Raipur is seeking a seasoned SME banking professional to acquire and manage clients, offer transaction banking solutions, and drive portfolio growth with a focus on service excellence.

The role emphasizes cross-sell of corporate salary mandates, insurance, wealth products, and effective credit proposals to management, while ensuring portfolio hygiene and customer retention across SMEs.

Competenze

• Must have knowledge of SME banking products and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in financial analysis and client evaluation is preferred.

Mansioni

• Acquire new clients and manage SME portfolio by offering transaction banking products ( Trade, FOREX, CMS, WC, TL ).
• Build a strong customer base to grow balances and revenue with high service standards.
• Maintain relationships to facilitate day‑to‑day transactions and retention.
• Cross-sell corporate salary mandates, general insurance, mediclaim, wealth products, and privy accounts.
• Knowledge of TRADE, FOREX, CMS to support customer service.
• Assist in credit understanding and present proposals for approvals and closures.
• Ensure portfolio hygiene and timely security creation to avoid delinquencies.

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage existing portfolio in SME space by offering transaction banking products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, WC, TL
• Build a strong and robust customer base to increase the balances both assets and liabilities and earn revenue by providing them high standards of service on a going basis
• Maintain strong relationship with acquired customers to facilitate day to day transactions and retention
• Penetration of cross sell corporate salary mandates, general insurance, mediclaim, wealth & privy account
• Knows banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS to seamlessly manage customer service
• Understanding of the credit of the company, present proposals to management for seeking approvals and deal closure with client
• Ensure there are no delinquencies, portfolio hygiene, deferral closure in time, security creation

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered accountant/MBA, should have relevant experience,

• Must have knowledge of various SME banking products along with analytical and financial skills
• Ability to Influence/Relationship management Skills
• Strong communication (Written and Oral), Eye for detail
